About Jenna

Jenna is a mother, intuitive healer, professional coach, licensed wellness educator, and lifelong spiritual practitioner. Jenna integrates her 15 years of professional experience and personal self-exploration to guide individuals as they explore, attune, activate, and connect more authentically to self, community, and spirit.  

Through her own experiences and continuous self-transformative work, Jenna has received the resounding message from Spirit that Connection is key. When we are Connected with Self, we are aligned with our Higher Self and Soul Purpose. When we are Connected to Each Other, we feel a greater sense of belonging and community.  When we are Connected to Spirit, we are attuned to Universal Love and Wisdom. The transformative power of connection is what grounds, guides, and inspires Jenna’s work as a Connection Coach.  

Jenna specializes in helping individuals tap into their own knowledge, strength, and intuition to remember who they truly are, transcend beyond the limitations of Ego, and return to a state of harmony and connectedness. Her innovative style utilizes a variety of healing modalities, including professional coaching, meditation, energy balancing, connection circles, and intuitive offerings. She combines and tailors her approach to help reveal the sacred truth of each individual Spirit that she has the opportunity to work with as they discover a path for growth and healing together.  Jenna is empathic, heart-centered, and collaborative.
